What's on the menu
Solar20
West-facing glass and rooms that bake: study rooms in the afternoon, high floors with no shade, anywhere you need the biggest cut in heat and glare.
Solar40
Bedrooms and windows that get sun part of the day. A real drop in heat and glare, in rooms that still feel bright and natural.
Solar70
Living rooms and windows that don't take direct sun: north-facing units, homes with a balcony overhang, and anyone who doesn't want a tinted look at all.

Group buy for Bartley Beacon
This group buy is open to Bartley Beacon residents in Bidadari. We cover all 12 blocks in the project — 221, 222, 223, 225, 222A, 223A and 6 more — so every unit is quoted off the same estate-wide discount.
How the discount builds in Bartley Beacon
Discounts step up as households confirm — 3 unlock 3%, 5 unlock 5%, 7 unlock 8% and 10 unlock 11%. Whenever the estate clears a step, the new rate applies to everyone who already joined, not just the household that tipped it.
Running across Bidadari
Bidadari has 18 other projects running this buy — Alkaff Breeze, Alkaff Breeze, Alkaff Vista and Alkaff Vista, plus 14 more — which is what lets the crew work the area in one stretch instead of driving across the island for single jobs. Each estate still counts its own households and unlocks its own tier.
Solar window film keeps the heat out. Rooms up to 5°C cooler, 99% of UV blocked, 12-year warranty.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your window sizes. You'll get an exact quote at your free measurement.
Do I pay anything now?
No. There's no payment to join. We measure, quote, and you decide.
What if the deal doesn't reach the minimum?
Then the group deal simply doesn't run and you're under no obligation. We may still offer you an individual quote.
Do you have warranty?
Yes, 12-years warranty!
